Bamako: HE Ahmed bin Abdulrahman Al Sunaidi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Mali, laid the foundation for a mosque and vocational training centre in Koulikoro Financial City, which will be funded by the State of Qatar’s Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs.
