The Zakat Fund of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) provided aid worth QR250 million in 2019. The fund said the aid come within the framework of assistance to needy and registered families, whose needs have been verified by the fund, so as to achieve the goal of delivering aid to the actual beneficiaries.
