THE opening day of Katara International Hunting and Falcon Exhibition, S'hail 2017, attracted thousands of falconry enthusiasts and visitors on Wednesday.
More than 90 local and several international companies specialised in falconry and hunting-related tools and equipment are taking part in the first-of-its-kind exhibition in Qatar.
HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad al Thani, President of Qatar Olympic Committee, was the distinguished guest on the first day of the five-day exhibition.
Over 3,000 people, including several eminent persons, and more than 1,000 online viewers visited S'hail 2017 on the first day.
