HER Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Advocate for the UN Sustainable Development Goals, concluded her trip to Tunisia by visiting Vermeg Company, on Wednesday. HH Sheikha Moza was welcomed by Dr Anouar Maarouf, Minister of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy, Badreddine Ouali, president of the Smart Tunisia programme and Chairman of Vermeg, and Elyes Jeribi, executive director of the Smart Tunisia Programme.
She also met with young people and recent graduates who are benefitting from the Smart Tunisia Programme and the Tunis Ta3mal portal. Silatech has supported Smart Tunisia since its inception, in an effort to attract foreign investments to the ICT sector and create jobs for Tunisian youth. HH Sheikha Moza was seen off upon departure at Tunis Carthage International Airport by the Tunisian Minister of Tourism, Soad Alloomi, and the Minister of Youth and Sports, Majdouline Cherni. (QNA)
