PF Chang celebrates Chinese New Year with limited-time menu. On this occasion, PF Chang created entrees from a variety of Asian regions that will be offered till mid-March.
Spicy Hunan Wings This starter features fiery Buffalo wings, glazed with chili jam sauce and Hunan salt with sprinkles of sesame seeds, served with cucumber slaw.
Hainan"Catch of the day" Lightly fried Sea Bass dusted with masala flour and served over a bed of Hunan noodles, topped with cilantro, a true sensory delight!
Mongolian Barbecue Beef & Shrimp Kebab Grilled kebabs marinated with garlic, ginger, and ground cardamom and drizzled with balsamic BBQ sauce, served with peanut sauce and barbecue sauce.
Wok Fired Filet Beef filet marinated in soy, rice vinegar, seared on the wok with potato cubes, which is said to indicate a positive start into the New Year.
