A total of 35 students from MES Indian School participated in an online International Hindi Olympiad organised by Hindi Vikas Sansthan (Hindi Development Institute) and brought laurels to the school.
Manuel Melvin (II), Mahin Malik (III) and Syed Dawar Abbas (VIII) won gold, silver and bronze medals, respectively.
Hindi Vikas Sansthan (Hindi Development Institute) is dedicated to working for the enrichment, establishment and development of the Hindi Language at the global level. It organises Hindi Olympiad and other competitions with an objective to create interest in learning the Hindi language among students and enhance their talent and reward the gifted students.
M.E.S Indian School Principal Hameeda Kadar congratulated the winners by honouring them with medals.
Rajendran S, Renuka G and Pradnya Pande, coordinators, of the Department of Hindi, Boys’, Girls and Junior Sections, respectively, and Nasreena, teacher at the Department of Hindi, were present on the occasion.
