The Project Qatar and Hospitality Qatar exhibitions continued to keep alive the frenzy of excitement on the third day as well, drawing in a large number of experts, stakeholders, visitors and partners within the construction and hospitality sectors on Wednesday.
Being billed as a one-show-multiple-opportunities exhibition, which combines the 18th International Construction Technology and Building Materials Exhibition (Project Qatar) and the 7th International Hospitality and HORECA Exhibition (Hospitality Qatar) into a mega event, the four-day fixture commenced on June 6 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.
Haidar Mshaimesh, IFP General Manager, said, “The gathering of two of the most prominent exhibitions in the local market in one place, connected with the approaching date of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, provides opportunities for participants and exhibitors to build partnerships, thus enhancing the momentum of the construction and hospitality sectors in Qatar.
“The major projects implemented by the IFP within various sectors come in line with Qatar’s vision and the National Development Strategy 2017-2022, with the aim of building an environment that enhances the participation of the public and private sectors, and IFP is keen to keep pace with the development achieved by Qatar, and provide a platform to highlight and support the opportunities available to companies from the local and international markets,” Mshaimesh added.
The event attracts more than 300 exhibiting companies, distributed among 180 international companies from 30 different countries, seven of which participate in official national pavilions, and 120 Qatari companies, led by major government and semi-governmental agencies and the most prominent private sector companies.
On the sidelines of the exhibition activities, the Q-Terminals Group participates as a silver sponsor in Project Qatar 2022, and its pavilion included its local and international achievements, in addition to informing participants and interested visitors of its future plans, as well as seeking to establish new partnerships with actors in the two local and international markets.
