A new branch of Grand Mall Hypermarket chain was inaugurated by Assistant Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Labour Mohammed Hassan Al Obaidly at Mekaines on Wednesday in the presence of the group’s Chairman Shamsuddin. This is the group’s sixth outlet in Qatar and 80th globally.
Speaking at the event, chief guest Al Obaidly congratulated the Grand Mall team and wished the new outlet all success.
Managing Director Dr Ameen said: “The launch of this outlet at Mekaines is the result of the diligent work of our team. Grand Mall Mekaines will serve citizens and residents in this part of Qatar and offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.”
Grand Mall Regional Director Ashraf Cherakkal said: “One feature of Grand Mall’s newest outlet is that it gives local entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and producers one more sprawling retail space to display and market their products to consumers in Qatar. This mall will give a big boost to local businesses as well as regional and international brands.
“Grand Mall will strive hard to provide best service to its customers and will continue to expand and serve more and more customers in Qatar and the region.”
