For the Eid festival, the parades will start at 4:30pm; live music performances at 7:30pm and fireworks display at 9pm. Carnival games, F&B stalls and roaming shows will be at 4:30pm to 11pm.
For the live concerts which will start at 7:30pm daily will feature Iraqi artiste Mahmoud Al Turki on May 3; Nasser Al Kubeissi (local artist) and a local band on May 4; and Saudi artiste Sultan Khalifa on May 5. The entry is free along the Doha Corniche.
Spanning over 33,000 square metres, DJWE will feature 19 Qatari designers. Owned by Qatar Tourism and organised by Qatar Business Events Corporation (QBEC), The event is sponsored by Qatar Airways, QNB and Al Fardan automotive.
The opening timings will be Monday, May 9: 3:00- 22:00; Tuesday May 10 – Thursday, May 12: 12pm to 10pm; and Friday, May 13: 4pm to 10pm.
