He and several of his fellow opposition campaigners have been placed on a list of “terrorists and extremists.” The 45-year-old is number 7504 on the Russian financial watchdog Rosfinmonitoring’s list of more than 10,000 names, which also includes supporters of the Islamic State terrorist group.
