Qatar has vaccinated over 85 percent of the total population with two doses of the COVID-19 vaccines.
In a statement on Saturday, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said, “So far, 85.6 percent of the total population have now been fully vaccinated with two doses.”
The MoPH said a total of 5,054,608 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered since the start of the National COVID-19 Vaccination Programme.
As many as 2,732 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered in the past 24 hours.
The MoPH added 163,447 COVID-19 booster vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far.
