The Family Food Centre’s Al Kheesa branch is hosting ‘Imports from Georgia’ week to celebrate Georgian products which are well sought-after by people in Qatar.
Marking the occasion, a Georgian delegation comprising Alexander Khvtisiashvili, deputy minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia; HE Nikoloz Revazishvili, ambassador of Georgia to Qatar; Zurab Aleksidze, director of Middle East and Africa Department Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia; and Aleksandre Jishkariani, senior counsellor at the Embassy of Georgia in Qatar, attended a special display at the Family Food Centre’s Al Kheesa branch.
Senior officials from Family Food Centre’s leadership team were present to welcome the delegation and acquaint them with centre’s contribution to highlighting and promoting Georgian products in the country. The ‘Imports from Georgia’ week focuses on products such as chocolates, honey, jams, juices, sauces, pickles, waffles and traditional Georgian spices.
