The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received the credentials of seven new ambassadors to Qatar at the Amiri Diwan office on Wednesday.
HH the Amir received the credentials of Ambassador of Argentina HE Marcelo Fabian Gilardoni, Ambassador of Mozambique HE Isac Mamudo Massamby and Ambassador of Kosovo HE Fuad Morina.
HH the Amir also received the credentials of Ambassador of Slovenia HE Mateja Prevolsek, Ambassador of the Vatican City State HE Archbishop Eugene Martin Nugent, Ambassador of the Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville) HE Celestin Jean Paul Akoulafoua M-Voula and Ambassador of Chile HE Jorge Daccarett.
HH the Amir welcomed the new ambassadors and wished them success in their duties, and further development in the relations between Qatar and their respective countries.
For their part, the ambassadors conveyed to HH the Amir the greetings of their countries’ leaders and their wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Qatari people.
HH the Amir also met with Ambassador of Eswatini HE Felizwe Dlamini, who called on HH the Amir on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country.
HH the Amir granted Al Wajbah Decoration to the ambassador in recognition of his role in contributing to enhancing bilateral relations between Qatar and Eswatini, wishing him success in his future missions and further progress in the relations between the two countries.
For his part, the ambassador thanked HH the Amir and the State’s officials for the cooperation he received that contributed to the success of his work in the country.
