The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, Qatar’s Mercedes-Benz dealership, has announced the recall of the Mercedes-Benz C Class model of 2020 due to a crack in the driver’s door on the left side.
The recall campaign is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The ministry said that it will work with the dealer to monitor the maintenance and repair work and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are made.
Ministry recalls Ford Expedition, Edge 2020 model
Also, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with Almana Motors Company, Qatar’s Ford dealership, has announced the recall of Ford Expedition and Edge 2020 models due to internal camera failure in some of the affected vehicles.
The ministry urged all customers to report any violations to its Consumer Protection and Anti-Commercial Fraud Department, which processes complaints, inquires and suggestions through the following channels: - Call Center: 16001
