The Cabinet has approved a draft decision on the terms and conditions of the part-time system in government agencies.
The Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, took the decision on Wednesday.
This part-time system aims to provide more flexible options for Qatari employees to take into account their circumstances and needs. The decision comes within the framework of the state’s plans to maintain a strong, stable family that enjoys support and care and to improve job efficiency.
