EshailSat has been awarded the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification by Intertek in cooperation with OISSG Consultancy.
In a statement, Es’hailSat said that the certification is a testament to its commitment to establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the organisation’s IT service management system (SMS).
This international standard for IT service management certifies EshailSats best-in-class approach for delivering valuable services to its customers.
This ISO/IEC certification further demonstrates the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high quality of service to customers efficiently and effectively.
“This certification validates our capability to deliver a consistent approach to the service lifecycle, ensuring our customers receive the integrated services they need to meet their objectives,” Corporate and Strategy Vice-President Saif Al Khaldi said. “I am proud of our team and their commitment to meeting our customers critical needs and requirements, and at the same time improve our efficiency and productivity.”
