Doha Festival City, “Qatar’s one and only choice for shopping, dining, and entertainment”, has announced the launch of its anticipated loyalty programme, Festival Rewards Qatar, which will allow customers to enjoy a variety of benefits and a slew of offers across selected brands as part of the company’s commitment to giving back to the community.
Doha Festival City, home to some of the world’s most famous brands, many of which have made their Qatar debut at the Mall, offers the best in retail and dining experiences to its vast number of shoppers.
The Festival Rewards program is a lifestyle and loyalty mobile application that allows customers to earn as many rewards as possible when they spend money at the Mall.
Top retailers taking part in the program include Little Milano Kids, Splash, Magrabi, Tally Weijl, Kashkha, Tuzun, Speroni, Oryx Dry Clean, Gift Shed, McDonalds, Burger King, CinnZeo, Molten Chocolate Café, Shamiana, Magic Wok, Coffee Bike, Cold Stone Creamery, Angelina Paris, Carcluccio’s, Wagamama, and others.
The App is free to download and register on iOS and Android and includes a variety of offers such as buy one, get one free deals, up to 50% off select items, and more opulent offers such as free services and products from select retailers. Users can scroll down to see the various reward offers and redeem them at the mall’s respective retailer.
The app, which is divided into several categories such as F&B, Beauty and Fitness, Atractions and Leisure, Fashion, and Mall Services, has a user-friendly layout that provides quick access to relevant retailers and deals. The app’s filter option saves users time while browsing; once the deal is chosen, the shopper confirms by tapping on it, and the store enters their PIN to complete the process. After each purchase, the saved amount is displayed and added to the user’s total savings, which he or she can redeem whenever it is convenient.
