The Ministry of Interior’s (MoI) Public Relations Department, in collaboration with the Criminal Investigation Department of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation, will host an online awareness webinar titled ‘Various Crimes and Ways of Prevention from Them’ on Thursday, July 29, from 9:30am to 11:00am.At the webinar, the speaker from the Criminal Investigation Department will present a paper on the department’s various functions and services, as well as general awareness tips on sense of security, securing vehicles, precautionary measures to be taken when withdrawing funds from banks and ATMs, and securing houses, company headquarters, and residential complexes.
The lecture will also highlight the instructions for employers and employees to secure personal belongings at company accommodations and while out and about. The speaker will also go over the laws governing photography and filming in government buildings and locations, as well as military, diplomatic, and sensitive organizations.
The administration, HR, finance, safety and security managers and PROs of public and private companies and schools, as well as the heads and representatives of expat communities, are the seminar’s target audience. Members of the general public who are interested are welcome to attend this seminar, which is open to the public and aims to raise awareness among the general public.
