The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received the credentials of five new ambassadors to Qatar at the Amiri Diwan office on Wednesday.
HH the Amir received the credentials of Ambassador of Saudi Arabia HE Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Abdullah Al Farhan Al Saud, Ambassador of Nigeria HE Yakubu Abdullah Ahmed, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea HE Joon Ho Lee, Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea HE Benigno Pedro Matute Tang and Ambassador of Colombia HE Jaime Alejandro Amn Hernandez.
HH the Amir welcomed the ambassadors, wished them success in their duties and hoped for further development and growth in the relations between Qatar and their countries.
For their part, the ambassadors conveyed to the greetings of the leaders of their countries to HH the Amir and their wishes of progress and prosperity for the Qatari people.
An official reception ceremony was held for the ambassadors upon their arrival at the Amiri Diwan.
