Commercial Bank, the most digitally innovative bank in Qatar, has won the Visa Global Service Quality Awards 2020 for the High Authorization Approval Rate, for the Card not Present (Issuing - Cross Border) category.
The Visa Global Service Quality Awards is an annual client performance program honouring Visa’s highest-performing acquirers, issuers and issuer processors. According to Visa, recipients exemplify the Visa-client relationship, fulfilling the brand’s promise through excellence in innovation, operational efficiency and cardholder satisfaction.
Commercial Bank earned this award through its continuous efforts to build a world class platform with the most effective process end-to-end, close monitoring of card transactions volumes and approvals, as well as through investing in the right technology to ensure optimal acceptance rates.
Commenting on the award, Commercial Bank Cards and Payments AGM Head Roya Khajeh said, “Commercial Bank is always working to offer the easiest, most convenient and fastest payment solutions to our customers.
