The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co., an Infiniti dealer in Qatar, has announced the recall of Infiniti Q70 models from 2009 to 2015 due to a potential defect in the propeller shaft. The recall campaign is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The ministry said that it will work with the dealer to monitor the maintenance and repair work, as well as communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs were completed.
The ministry urged all customers to report any violations to its Consumer Protection and Anti-Commercial Fraud Department, which processes complaints, inquires and suggestions through the following channels: Call center: 16001
