Qatar’s trap team of Saeed Abu Shareb, Nasser Al Hamidi and Rashid Al Athba won bronze at the Arab Shooting Championships in Cairo on Thursday. The gold was claimed by the team from Egpyt while Kuwait clinched silver. Qatar shooters collected a total of six medals at the championship including two gold. The Qatar contingent head Mohamed Ahmed Taher applauded the athletes’ good show at the championship and their preparations and participation ovecoming the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic. Qatar also thanked the Egyptian and Arab federations for their successful staging to the championship and the good organization.
