Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi in Nur Sultan on Thursday.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations as well as regional and international developments.
The FM affirmed Qatar’s keenness to deepen cooperation with Kazakhstan in various fields, and to promote and develop the special relations between the two countries to broader horizons.
The FM and his Kazakh counterpart attended the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and Kazakhstan regarding support for the construction of a maternity hospital in Almaty province in Kazakhstan. page 2
