Qatar’s Nasser Saleh Al Attiyah and his French co-driver Matthieu Baumel won the Rally Highlands of Lorca, in Lorca, Spain, on Sunday. Attiyah and Baumel finished ahead of Spanish pair Jan Solans and Rodrigo Sanjuan. Attiyah driving a Volkswagen Polo GTI R5 registered a total time of 45:42.302 seconds over three days of rally, in which he won three stages. Solans was just six seconds behind Attiyah in Citroen C3. Another home pair Jose Suarez and Alberto Churches finished third in Skoda Fabia R5 with a time of 46:18.74 seconds.
