M.E.S Indian School recently honoured its teachers and staff, continuing its tradition of recognising staff who have given long years of meritorious and devoted service to the institution. The staff who were honoured include: R. Gangadaran from the Department of Mathematics, Ambalathu Veetil Hamza Rassia from the Department of Arabic and Islamic studies, and Abdul Samad Valiyakaoh Karakk from the Transport Section for completing 25 years of exemplary service.
R. Gangadaran has been instrumental in students’ resounding success in scoring centum in the Class X CBSE Board Examination and has maintained a 100 percent result for several years.
With his extensive subject knowledge, he has assisted students in reaching new heights in a variety of exam formats, including competitive exams for professional courses.
For many years, Hamza Rassia has been in charge of Islamic Activities and preparing students to participate in various curricular and co-curricular activities, as well as training students for the much-acclaimed Youth Forum Competitions and Uswae Rasool Elocution Competitions. She also provided assistance to students who achieved a perfect score in her subject in the Class X CBSE Board Exam.
Abdul Samad worked as a conductor in the school’s Transport Section, performing his duties meticulously and providing invaluable support and assistance to his superiors and colleagues.
The school administration commended the recipients for their utmost diligence in the assigned departments and thanked them for their sincerity towards the institution as they presented them with a citation and a gold coin.
