Vienna: Negotiators attempting to salvage a nuclear deal between world powers and Iran will start negotiating concrete steps next week, EU diplomat Enrique Mora announced on Tuesday in Vienna.
Representatives from Iran, the United States, Germany, France, Britain, Russia and China are currently looking for ways in which Washington can reverse its exit from the nuclear deal.
So far, negotiators have focused on which US sanctions will be lifted and how Iran can wind down its nuclear programme in return. Mora said that next week there would also be a discussion about the order in which both sides would take these steps. “Progress made over the last two weeks,” he wrote on Twitter. (dpa)
