Vodafone Qatar has announced the launch of Hadaya, its latest digital rewards programme, as part of its digital agenda. Both new and existing customers will be eligible for a bonus when they recharge or pay their bill using the My Vodafone App or the Vodafone Qatar website.
Vodafone launched Hadaya, which means “gifts” in Arabic, to thank its customers who have embraced a digital-first lifestyle and to encourage others to do the same. Recharges can also be given to others in the spirit of giving.
Vodafone Hadaya will increase the value of online recharges of QR 50 and above by 10%. Customers will have the bonus automatically added to their number without the need to register or subscribe to an additional service.
Diego Camberos, Chief Operating Office, Vodafone Qatar, commented: “Our Hadaya rewards scheme is a great example of how we are supporting the digitisation of Qatar and responding to changing customer behaviour, in line with the increased rate of electronic payments and social distancing measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our customers demand reliable, secure, accessible and convenient services and by using our digital platforms they can stay connected at all times. With Hadaya, they can not only be rewarded for their digital-first lifestyle, but can also use the power of technology to make a difference to someone else’s life, be that a friend, family member or colleague, or simply someone in need of our services.”
As an alternative to physical scratch cards, Vodafone’s digital channels offer a secure yet user-friendly experience, allowing customers to recharge anywhere and at any time to stay connected to Vodafone’s enhanced GigaNet network. Hadaya has been launched for a three-month trial period and will be available throughout Ramadan and Eid.
