Centara West Bay Hotel & Residences Doha has received a total of eight different accolades due to its outstanding performance throughout the past year, despite industry hardships endured through the current pandemic.
The awards won go beyond overall financial performance to include best guest satisfaction achievements and net promoter scores, showcasing the high-level of service and engagement that Centara West Bay has become renown for.
“It’s truly humbling for the team to receive not one, but eight awards in recognition of the achievements the team have accomplished together. It takes a vision, drive and a remarkable team to plan and execute these great results and it would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of each and every one of our Centara West Bay Family,” said General Manager Sean Spinks, who was also himself recognised as the General Manager of the year for Centara Hotels & Resorts.
The awards won by the hotel are: Hotel of The Year, General Manager of The Year, Best Balanced Scorecard, Best Total Revenue Achievement, Best Non-Operating Expenses Control Achievement, Best GOP Achievement, ReviewPro: Guest Satisfaction Achievement and ReviewPro: Net Promoter Score Achievement.
