Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of Sudan Liutenant-General Abdel Fattah Al Burhan met with Speaker of the Shura Council HE Ahmed bin Abdulla bin Zaid Al Mahmoud in Doha on Wednesday.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between Qatar and Sudan, and the ways to develop them in the parliamentary and legislative field.
The chairman of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council expressed his country’s appreciation for the great role that Qatar has played for peace, development and reconstruction in Darfur.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador of Qatar to Sudan HE Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Kubaisi and Ambassador of Sudan to Qatar HE Abd Al Rahim Al Siddig Mohammed.
