Chief of Staff of Qatari Armed Forces HE Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem met with Lieutenant-General Thierry Carlier, director for International Relations at the Directorate General of Armaments at the French Ministry of Armed Forces. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral military relations between the two sides and the means of enhancing them. The meeting was attended by a number of senior officers of the armed forces.
