The Commercial Bank (CB) has mandated Credit Suisse as the sole global coordinator, and Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, JP Morgan and QNB Capital as joint lead managers and bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings, commencing on Monday.
Depending on market conditions, this may be followed by the issuance of permanent bonds qualified for inclusion in the first additional tranche of capital according to the Regulation S system that is not classified and valued in US dollars on the basis of a fixed reference rate and is refundable after five years.
