The country is expected to witness mist and fog at some places during the night and early morning from Saturday until Monday morning which may cause a drop in the horizontal visibility to less than 2 km or zero visibility at times, the Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) has said.
The QMD said the country is witnessing a relatively cold evening, with wind, light to moderate in speed with the possibility of mist to fog formation at late night and during the early morning hours, which will lead to a decrease in horizontal visibility to less than 2 km.
“Temperature now ranging between 10 and 18 degrees Celsius in different areas, with southwesterly wind, light to moderate on speed,” the QMD said in a tweet.
