Chairman of Qatar’s Gaza Reconstruction Committee Ambassador HE Mohammed Al Emadi has affirmed that the committee, in coordination with Qatar Fund for Development, started providing thousands of food and health parcels to the quarantined and needy families in the Gaza Strip.
Al Emadi said the committee will provide the Ministry of Social Development in Gaza with 3,000 food and health parcels within days in order to distribute it to the quarantined and needy families.
He said the aid comes as a grant of Qatar to contain the spread of the coronavirus and to support various groups in the Gaza Strip who suffer from difficult economic conditions.
