Qatar on Tuesday reported 117 coronavirus (COVID-19) cases — 106 from community and 11 from travellers returning from abroad, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said in its daily report.
Also, 214 people recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries in Qatar to 137,708.
The MoPH said all the new cases have been introduced to isolation and are receiving necessary healthcare according to their health status.
“Measures to tackle COVID-19 in Qatar have succeeded in flattening the curve and limiting the spread of the virus,” it said. (TNN)
