The Shura Council’s Public Services and Utilities Committee, at a meeting on Tuesday, completed studying Decree Law No. 21 of 2020 regarding private associations and institutions.
The meeting was chaired by the committee rapporteur HE Mohammed bin Mahdi Al Ahbabi.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Undersecretary for Social Affairs Ghanem Mubarak Al Kuwari and Director of the Private Associations and Foundations Department Naji Abd Rabbo Al Ajji as representatives from the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs. The committee will submit its report on the decree to the Shura Council.
