The Ritz-Carlton, Doha has reopened the STK Restaurant to receive guests on Friday.
STK, perched on the 23rd floor of the Ritz-Carlton Doha, is a modern steakhouse that is perfectly distinguished by an experience that is chic, unique and vibrant.
The restaurant breaks away from the convention by offering a glamorous culinary destination featuring mouth-watering dishes, high-quality ingredients and a creative twist.
The STK classics are ample on the menu, including the Lil’ Brg bite made with Wagyu beef, the Tuna Tartare with soy-honey emulsion; and let’s not forget the USDA steaks, the Japanese Wagyu ‘Omi’ beef, the wide range of toppings and the unique selection of home-made sauces.
Friday Brunch and Saturday Roast packages are coming back as well. But you can rest assured that there will be some exciting new dishes to try. Dare to be tempted with new dishes, such as roasted octopus salad, slow-cooked black Cod and jalapeno pickled shrimp.
