The Barwa Real Estate (BRE) on Sunday launched two residential projects — one for families and the other for workers — worth more than QR5 billion in the heart of Al Wakra.
The company has signed a deal with UrbaCon Trading and Contracting (UCC) for the construction of the projects, named ‘Madinatna’ for families and ‘Barahat Al Janoub’ for workers. Madinatna, Barwa’s residential project for families, will cover 1.141 million square metres and promises to provide high-quality living standards and various integrated facilities of modern cities. Madinatna will offer 6,780 apartments that can accommodate approximately 27,000 people.
Barahat Al Janoub project seeks to provide a fully-integrated city for workers in Al Wakra City. Spread over 773,457 sqm, the project will feature 1,404 units in various multi-storey buildings, offering 16,848 rooms each accommodating up to four persons.
