Qatar on Thursday reported 252 COVID-19 cases -- 225 from community and 27 from travellers returning from abroad, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said in its daily report. The ministry also recorded 235 recoveries in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 127,328. In addition, three people -- aged 78, 73 and 81 – succumbed to the virus, taking the death toll in the country to 228. The MoPH said all the new cases have been introduced to isolation and are receiving necessary healthcare. (TNN)
