HEC Paris will hold an online information session on its degree programmes on Wednesday, 30 September 2020, from 4 pm to 5 pm, Qatar time.
The session will provide prospective participants with an opportunity to interact remotely with the HEC Paris Admissions Team in Qatar to learn more about how to accelerate their career path by studying at one of the world’s most prestigious business schools.
In addition to providing useful career tips, the interactive session is also intended to provide professionals and entrepreneurs from the private and public sectors with an in-depth insight into how they can enhance their leadership skills through the International Executive MBA (EMBA) and the Specialized Masters in Strategic Business Unit Management (SBUM) programs.
HEC Paris was also ranked by The Economist as the # 1 Alumni Network in 2019, in addition to providing world-class education. With more than 60,000 alumni in 150 countries, the institution provides an ideal platform for networking, which is essential for exploring international opportunities, switching industries, or expanding one’s skills.
A practical and intense 15 to 18-month programme, the International Executive MBA is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the social , economic and environmental aspects of international business, as well as the skills to implement their vision. There are three components of the curriculum: 11 core courses covering key business areas, a specialization (major), and a final strategic business project (capstone project). The comprehensive core courses include strategy, analysis and implementation modules, as well as leadership and management of human resources.
Participants will choose one of the eight specializations that will be delivered in different locations. These specializations are Energy; Innovation & Social Business; Entrepreneurship & Innovation; Differentiation & Innovation through Services; Leading Digital Transformation; Luxury; Finance; and Entrepreneurship-Project Accelerator. The next phase of the Executive MBA will take place in February 2021.
The HEC Paris in Qatar Specialized Master’s programme is delivered in a flexible 15-to 18-month modular format, starting with a core curriculum focused on strategy, finance, leadership and change. It is characterized by a professional thesis that enables participants to focus on a specific challenge related to their industry and to provide detailed and well-researched solutions. The program reflects the commitment of HEC Paris to contribute to the development of a knowledge-based economy in Qatar and to strengthen the competitiveness of companies in the region. The next intake of the Specialized Master’s will be January 2021.
