Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar (CMU-Q), Qatar Foundation’s partner university, has started its most enrolled semester in the fall of 2020 since it opened its doors in 2004. There are 124 first-year students enrolled in CMU-Q, representing 34 nationalities.
The CMU-Q student body consists of 442 students representing 52 countries..
Michael Trick, Dean of CMU-Q, said, “The first-year students started college during a pandemic. They are resilient and our community has come together to ensure that they are prepared and that they feel supported in their academic and student experience.
The Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar offers five programs: biology, business administration, computational biology, computer science and information systems.
