The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on Tuesday announced 313 new confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Among the new cases, 296 are from community and 17 from travellers returning from abroad who are subject to quarantine.
The MoPH also recorded 226 recoveries from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries in Qatar to 120,766. According to the ministry, all new cases have been introduced to isolation and are receiving necessary care according to their health status.
