King of Malaysia Al Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al Mustafa Billah Shah on Monday met with Ambassador of Qatar to Malaysia HE Fahad bin Mohammed Kafood.
The ambassador conveyed the Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani’s greetings and best wishes to the Malaysian king and the people of Malaysia, wishing them further progress and prosperity.
For his part, the king entrusted the ambassador with his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing him and the people of Qatar good health, happiness, continued progress and prosperity.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and the means of developing them, in addition to issues of common concern.
The ambassador also made a presentation to HM the King of Malaysia on Qatar’s preparations to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
