A new golf series is now commencing as the weather cools at Education City Golf Club (ECGC). The new Hotelier Golf Series aims to encourage local golfers to experience the delights of Doha and enjoy a unique experience at a participating hotel.
The first hotel participating in the series is Alwadi Hotel Doha - MGallery located within 10minutes of Education City. Alwadi Hotel Doha is the first MGallery boutique hotel from Accor group in Qatar where the art de recevoir embraces authentic local experiences and enhances memorable moments in a charming yet luxurious setting. The hotel offers three restaurants, two bars and a lobby lounge.
Rhys Beecher, director of Golf at ECGC, said: “We are happy to announce that our first Hotel Partner is Alwadi Hotel Doha-MGallery. We are encouraging all golfers to sign for the Alwadi Hotel Doha -MGallery Stableford on September 26 at ECGC, have a great time outdoors and compete for the valuable prizes from the hotel. “We have created this series as we want our members and guests to make the best out of this year, learn and play golf, explore our home country of Qatar and stay safe.”
Alwadi Hotel Doha-MGallery General Manager Hani Akkari said, “We are excited to be partnering with Education City Golf Club in this new exciting event. We look forward to welcoming golfers to the hotel to enjoy, night stays and dining experiences in Sofra and Le Colonial Restaurant.”
Prizes are available for golfers and couples and include fine dining in romantic settings, sea view rooms, swimming pool access and much more.
