AL Ahed Holding, a family owned business that has successfully served Qatar market for more than four decades, has over the years enhanced its relationship with the customers significantly.
Two of its subsidiary companies, Doha Petroleum Company Limited (DOPET) and Al Ahed Trading and Contracting have successfully implemented SAP S/4 Hana project despite several challenges such as the coronavirus (COVID-19) and slowdown of business in record time.
The company also achieved the distinction of being the first company within EPIC business in Qatar to implement SAP S/4 Hana recently. The company’s team, undeterred by the challenges implemented the project in record time.
Speaking on the occasion, Jassim Al Mansoori, CEO of Al Ahed Holding, said that the implementation of SAP was in line with the three pillars of the company known as 3S, namely strategy, staffing and systems.
“The objective behind this is to further enhance customer relationship. Our focus will be on boosting operational efficiency and excellence. This would also revitalise the forward-looking strategy of the company and make it more vibrant.
“Project of such huge magnitude would not have been possible without the active support from our business partners namely IHorizons (Qatar) and HIGHBAR (India)”, he pointed out.
It is worth mentioning that the various operations of Al Ahed Holding include EPIC, projects for oil & gas, trading, NDT and other services.
