THE Ideal Indian School (IIS) achieved excellent results in the Class X board examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in March, 2020. The school achieved 100 percent success.
Out of the 305 students who appeared for the examination, 153 secured distinction while 99 got the first division.
The first position was shared by Mohamd Anas Ezzuddin and Zahrah Sainudin with 96.6 percent marks, while Ali Mohammed Haneefa secured second position with 96.2 percent. Aswin Arunkumar Thenamkandiyil and Devika Sanil shared the third position with 95.4 percent marks.
Aleesha Mary Shijo, Gayathri Satheesh K, Farheen Mahaboob and Yohan Luke topped in English with 99 percent marks whereas Mohamd Anas Ezzuddin and Syeda Maksuda Jahan got the highest percentage in Mathematics (99%).
Muhammad Nabeeh got the highest marks in Social Science with 100 percent while Mohamd Anas Ezzuddin topped in Science with 99 percent. Hesham Ahsan and Zainab Abdul Mujeeb got the highest marks in Hindi (95%) and Malayalam (99%) respectively.
In Urdu, Nuzhat Zareen and Maryam topped with 99 percent marks, whereas in Arabic, Qabas Wahbi Mohamed Abuelhassan and Fatma Ibrahim Adem Hamed scored the highest (96%). Zoya Khan topped in French with 98 percent marks and K S Najla got the highest in Tamil (91%). Arjuna Suvaraj K R got the highest marks in Painting (94%).
The school President Dr Hassan Kunhi M P and Principal Syed Shoukath Ali congratulated the students on their remarkable success and the teaching faculty for their constant guidance. (TNN)
