Qatari stocks maintained its gaining trend for the third day in a row as the main index of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) rose 24.67 points, or 0.26 percent, to close at 9,396.40 points on Tuesday.
The volume of shares traded increased to 286.830 million on Tuesday from 234.691 million on Monday and the value of shares increased to QR584.608 million from QR480.744 million in the previous trading session.
Indices of six sectors ended in the green zone, while one sector closed in the negative territory. The QSE Total Return Index gained 0.26 percent to close at 18,064.27 points.
