HEC Paris will hold a Q&A webinar session, which will be delivered by two of its alumni on Monday, July 20, at 4.30 pm Qatar time.
The interactive session will be attended by graduates Eman Al Kuwari of the Specialised Master in Strategic Business Unit Management (SBUM) 2020 cohort and Salman Shaban of the International Executive MBA (EMBA) 2019 cohort. The discussion will provide advice to prospective participants on how to achieve their career goals through the cutting-edge HEC Paris degree programs in Qatar.
Commenting on the factors that need to be considered when selecting a specific programme, Salman Shaban said: “The highly acclaimed International Executive MBA programme at HEC Paris helped me develop a deep understanding of how to best use my potential, with a strong focus on international business and mentorship combined with an unparalleled professional network-all rolled into one package, with no emphasis on international business and mentorship.
In the meantime, describing her experience at HEC Paris in Qatar, Eman Al Kuwari said, “I enjoyed the unique set-up of the modules and the interactive educational courses were quite challenging.”
With more than 60,000 alumni worldwide in more than 120 countries, HEC Paris was recognised by The Economist as the world’s leading alumni network in 2019. Its objective is to support the participants and graduates of the HEC Paris degree programs throughout their careers by offering them tailor-made services. All alumni of the HEC Paris degree programmes are members of the association.
The International Executive MBA is a practical and intensive 16-month programme designed to provide participants with an understanding of the social, economic and environmental aspects of international business as well as the ability to deliver on their vision. The curriculum consists of three components: 11 core courses covering key business areas, a specialisation (major) and a final strategic business project (capstone project). Comprehensive core courses include modules on strategy, analysis and implementation, as well as leadership and human resource management. The next phase of the Executive MBA will be in February 2021.
