The Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) has taken all necessary measures to reopen its beaches on July 1.
It has implemented all necessary measures to ensure social distancing and disinfected the children’s playground and the boats. It has equiped the beaches with 130 sitting places on beach 3, 100 sitting places on beach 4 and 50 sitting places on beach 5. Each sitting place can accommodate up to six persons with a space of 3 metres between each sitting spot.
Swimming is allowed on beaches no 3 & 4. Jet ski ramp will be operative for personal jet skis on July 1 from 3 pm until sunset.
Katara Beach will be open to visitors daily from 3 pm to 10 pm. (QNA)
