Tunis: Tunisia plans to reopen its borders at the end of June, after more than three months of being closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
After a meeting of the National Committee to Combat Covid-19, the government announced late on Monday that the land, sea and air borders will reopen starting from June 27.
The government also decided that travel between cities will be resumed from Thursday. The North African country has recorded 1,084 infections and 48 deaths from the novel coronavirus. (DPA)
