QATAR Finance and Business Academy (QFBA), in partnership with Northumbria University (QFBA-Northumbria University), concluded its latest ‘Ramadan Show’ on its social media channels recently.
The show engaged with current university and high school students through QFBA- Northumbria University’s social media platforms in a total of five episodes to raise awareness on topics such as how to choose a university major, options for higher education in Qatar and how to enhance English language skills from home.
The Ramadan Show concluded with a special episode dedicated to students, who are in the undergraduate programmes application process and seek to sit for the IELTS test. The episode provided background about the IELTS test and shed light on the new online IELTS test format. It also provided tips on how to prepare for the IELTS test from home.
QFBA-NU always seeks to utilise its social media platforms and expertise to support Qatar’s youth and enable them to plan for their future. The university aims at extending its platforms for local students with a career counselling series targeting university graduates. The new series is expected to commence in mid-August and will include a virtual career fair.
QFBA-Northumbria University’s aim is to empower its students and the wider community to invest in their future.
